Sophomores Caroline Prokopowicz and Kiersten King drew stares and grew hairs when they got behind the WBOR mike this September with "Moustache Radio," a show primarily devoted to alternative, indie and folk rock.

Prokopowicz said she and King have shied away from speaking on air ever since Prokopowicz mispronounced the studio name during their first broadcast. Though they may be reluctant to comment on their playlists, the two have strong convictions about what music is worth listening to. "Mustache Radio" is a veritable authority on the best of several different genres.

Best concert experience you've ever had?

KK: It was a concert I saw two years ago; it was Regina Spektor in Denver.

Lyrics that sum up how you're feeling right now?

CP: I like all of the lyrics from "Heartbeats" by The Knife. I guess if I had to choose a representative bit of the lyrics, I would choose, "Both under influence / We had divine sense / To know what to say / Mind is a razorblade... Ten days of perfect tunes / The colors red and blue / We had a promise made / We were in love."

KK: "I'm on the pursuit of happiness / And I know everything that shines ain't always gonna be gold, hey / I'll be fine once I get it, yeah / I'll be good" from "Pursuit of Happiness" by Kid Cudi.

KK: "Shit Song" by Kate Nash.

Album of the year thus far?

CP: "The Wild Hunt" by the Last Man on Earth.

KK: I'm just going to agree with her.
