Bowdoin IT Tech Hub moves from library to Smith Union

February 4, 2022

In an email to the campus community on January 18, Jason Pelletier announced that the IT Tech Hub had moved to the enclosed seating area on the second floor of Smith Union. Pelletier is the senior director of client services and technology. In previous semesters, the Tech Hub could be found in Hawthorne-Longfellow Library. That space is now occupied by the Baldwin Center for Learning and Teaching.

Its services include walk-in tech support for all members of the campus community—students, faculty and staff.

The Bowdoin IT Service and Support site has a complete list of times and availability.

The Tech Hub will be open six days per week in their new location and encourages community members to bring laptops and iPads for software and hardware support whenever needed.
