In its third meet of the season, the women's track team posted strong individual results at the New Hampshire Invitational last Saturday.

The Polar Bears had an especially good showing in track events.

With a time a 1:07.36 in the 400-meter hurdles, Molly Harkavy '14 placed second in the meet, which included runners from many D-I schools around the region.

Molly Duffy '11 placed third in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:19.01. Chantal Croteau '12 finished third in the 1500-meter, clocking in at 4:54.19.

The streak of third-place finishes continued with Christina Argueta '11, who ran the 3000-meter race, with a final time of 10:15.54. In the 100-meter hurdles, Michele Kaufman '13 took third as well, with a time of 15.27.

Krista Gladman '11 placed third in the triple jump, with a distance of 10.20 meters.

The team also fared well with field events. First year Anna Prohl grabbed another second place spot for the Polar Bears in the discus. Her final throw reached 34.03 meters.

Annie Huyler '12 also placed second in the shot put, with a throw that reached 9.98 meters. Adriane Berry '14 was runner-up in the high jump, with a jump height of 1.52 meters.

The Polar Bears will host the annual Aloha Relays this weekend at Whittier Field.
