Dennis Hutchinson '69
"The Achilles Heel of the Constitution"
Following his graduation from Bowdoin, Hutchinson went on to Oxford
University and the University of Texas at Austin. He has served
under Justices Byron R. White and William O. Douglas of the U.S.
Supreme Court. He began teaching in 1976 and is now at the University
of Chicago.
